2025년 예수를 바라보는 교회

할렐루야!  

2025년 체리힐제일교회의 사역 목표는 “예수를 바라보는 교회”입니다. 히브리서 12장 2절 말씀처럼, “믿음의 주요 또 온전하게 하시는 이인 예수를 바라보자 그는 그 앞에 있는 기쁨을 위하여 십자가를 참으사 부끄러움을 개의치 아니하시더니 하나님 보좌 우편에 앉으셨느니라”는 말씀을 기억하며, 예수님을 바라보는 한 해가 되기를 소망합니다.

예수님은 우리를 온전하게 하시려고 기쁨으로 십자가를 지셨습니다. 그 십자가는 우리에게 구원과 생명을 주시는 사랑의 증표입니다. 우리에게 은혜와 사랑을 베푸신 주님의 희생을 기억하며, 십자가 사랑을 마음 깊이 새겨야 합니다. 주님을 바라볼 때, 우리는 하나님의 말씀을 지키며 성장하는 자녀가 될 수 있습니다.

2025년 한 해 동안, 우리는 예수를 바라보며 주님 중심의 삶을 살아가고자 합니다. 하나님의 뜻에 따라 순종하며, 풍성한 열매를 맺도록 노력할 것입니다. 예수를 바라보는 결단을 통해, 가정과 교회, 그리고 개인의 삶이 주님 안에서 더욱 온전해지는 역사를 경험하게 될 것입니다.

돌아오는 화요일부터 신년 특별 새벽 기도회를 시작합니다. 이 특새를 통해서 기도로 한 해를 준비하시고 우리의 영.혼.육과 그 시선까지도 예수님을 바라보는 매 순간이 되게 해달라고 결단과 행동의 시간이 되도록 사용해 주시길 바랍니다. 이런 특새를 통해서 자녀들과 함께 참석하여, 부모님의 기도하는 모습을 통해서 신앙을 배우는 귀한 시간이 되기를 바랍니다.  마지막 토요일 새벽 기도회는 축복 기도 시간으로 진행됩니다. 송구영신 예배 때 축복 기도를 받지 못하신 분들과 신년 축복 기도를 원하시는 분들을 위해 함께 기도하는 시간을 갖습니다.

사랑하는 성도 여러분, 오늘 나누어 드리는 “예수를 바라보자” 팔찌를 착용하시고, 매 순간 예수님을 기억하며 바라보는 삶을 살아가시기를 바랍니다. 주님을 바라볼 때, 믿음이 성장하고 놀라운 간증들을 경험하게 될 것입니다. 예수 그리스도의 십자가 은혜로 여러분 모두를 축복합니다. 예수를 바라보십시오!

2025: A Church fixing our eyes on Jesus

Hallelujah!

The 2025 Vision goal of First Global Methodist Church is " A Church fixing our eyes on Jesus." Remembering the words of Hebrews 12:2, "fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.," we hope for a year of fixing our eyes on Jesus.  

Jesus endured the cross with joy to make us perfect. That cross is a token of love that gives us salvation and life. Remembering the sacrifice of the Lord who bestowed grace and love upon us, we must engrave the love of the cross deeply in our hearts. When we look to the Lord, we can become children who keep God's word and grow.

Throughout 2025, we will strive to live a life centered on the Lord, keeping our eyes on Jesus. Obeying God's will, we will strive to bear abundant fruit. By resolving to fix our eyes on Jesus, we will see the history of our home, church and individual lives become more perfect in the Lord.

A special New Year's daybreak prayer meeting will begin this coming Tuesday(1/7-11)). Through this special prayer meeting, we ask that you use this time as a time of resolution and action to prepare for the year through prayer and to have every moment of our souls, bodies, and even our gaze fixing on Jesus. Through this special prayer meeting, we hope that you will attend with your children and have a precious time to learn faith through an example of parents praying. The final Saturday daybreak prayer meeting will proceed as a time of blessing prayer. We will have a time of prayer together for those who did not receive blessing prayers at the Watch Night Service and those who wish for New Year's blessing prayers.

Brothers and sisters, please wear the "F.Y.E.O.J" bracelets we are handing out today, and may you live a life remembering and looking to Jesus every moment. When you look to the Lord, your faith will grow and you will experience amazing testimonies. We bless you all with the grace of the cross of Jesus Christ.  Fix Your Eyes On Jesus!
